BESEDNI DUM
Besedni dum is the home of the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra and is used for rehearsals, recordings and performances.
It was built in 1865-68 by the architect Teofil Hansen who also designed the great Musikverein in Vienna and it shares many of the features of that great hall including, most notably, a fabulous acoustic.

G-Studio is a large, multi-purpose hall in the centre of Brno which is used for recordings, conferences and other events. It has a wonderful, resonant acoustic and has been used for many recordings including all of the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra's Janacek recordings for Supraphon.
